LEAD TEAM

ANDY RIEMERSMA
Lead Pastor
Andy was born and raised in Westfield, IN. He went to Westfield schools k-12 and played varsity basketball. After surrendering a dream to play college basketball, he was called to full time ministry in the summer of 2015. God gave him a new dream: to see millions of people come to know Christ. Coming full circle moving back to his hometown in Westfield, he is leaning into the combination of his passion for sports, hip-hop/spoken word and ministry. His zeal for the Lord and his genuine love for people drive his leadership every day.

FAITH NORTON
Worship Pastor
Faith Norton was born and raised in Brown County, Indiana. She was homeschooled along with her five older siblings, and taught from a young age about Jesus’ love. In her freshman year of highschool, Faith felt the Lord’s call on her life to serve the Church, and use her gifts and talents in a worship leadership role. God placed a special dream on her heart to live a lifestyle of worship, stewarding each area of her life in a way that allows people to experience the Father’s heart and hear the Gospel. The Lord is allowing her to lean into that calling as a Worship Pastor at ONE Church, and it is her delight to help unleash the body at ONE Church to worship Christ in spirit and in truth and watch the Lord lean in on the praises of his people.

ERICA FREED
ONE Kids Director
Erica Freed was born and raised in Lebanon, IN where she grew up attending Lebanon First Baptist Church. Her church family helped Erica develop a deep love for the Lord, igniting a passion to love and teach children about the One who saves. She is a graduate of Franklin College with a degree in education and is currently a Kindergarten teacher. Her hope and prayer is to teach and show the love of Christ to all children so that they can fall in love with Jesus and be equipped to share the good news of our Savior.
ELDERS

PHIL NETTLETON
Elder
Phil’s parents were co-pastors in churches in several western states. From an early age he witnessed his parents leading people to follow Jesus. Many families were from underserved communities, needing physical and economic help, as well as spiritual guidance. Phil’s parents’ home and hearts were always open to people in need. Growing up in this environment prepared him to willingly accept God’s call into full-time ministry. To follow God’s leading, he enrolled in the pastoral ministry program at Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, OK. While at Oklahoma Wesleyan, he met Lucille who was studying to be a teacher. Lucille grew up in a loving family who did farming and ranching in Southeastern Colorado. After Phil graduated they were married and moved to their first pastorate in Lincoln, Nebraska. Over the next sixteen years he served in four churches in 3 states. Lucille completed her teacher training and then taught in elementary schools in Southern California. In 1982, the Lord called the Nettletons to missionary work and they moved to Papua New Guinea. For 32 years they served in missions ministries in five countries. The last ten years overseas they did member care work, serving as pastors to missionaries with Global Partners workers in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Lucille was the educational consultant for missionary families around the world. The Nettletons love people and are thrilled to be part of ONE Church. They have three sons, all are married and each with two children. God has given them six grandchildren and one great grandson. Their entire family is endeavoring to faithfully follow the Lord.

KEVIN BATMAN
Elder, Treasurer
Since the doors first opened in January 2022, Kevin Batman and his wife, Teresa, have felt a sense of “home” at ONE Church. Both Kevin and Teresa were blessed to grow up in pastors’ homes where spiritual care and ministering to the needs of others as devoted Christ-followers have been a passion for generations. They believe that the greatest blessing is to be part of a local church where God’s love becomes a reality for the one and lives are transformed.
As the General Treasurer/CFO of The Wesleyan Church since 2007, God has opened doors for Kevin to use his skills and experience as a CPA to vocationally serve the Church as a leader, financial advisor, and board member of multiple Christian ministries in North America and around the world. Teresa is a medical social worker with a calling and passion for hospice care. Together, they have four adult children, including a married son. One of Kevin’s favorite pastimes is nerding out on history and has a shared passion with Teresa for IndyCar racing.
